We perform strict quality tests before packing our signs and send them to our customers. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, or not working, please kindly send us a video/photo and briefly explain the faulty to customerservice@beneonunicorn.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number or order name. 

BeNeonUnicorn® will make every effort to resolve the issue. We will try to fix or send a replacement for your order. The final resolution for faulty products is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault and is at the sole discretion of BeNeonUnicorn®.
