Refund policy

BeNeonUnicorn® Neon sign is custom made based on each customer’s preference. Due to the highly custom nature of our product, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Order cancellation will need to be requested within 6 hours of your order time.

 

DAMAGES/FAUTLY ISSUES

We perform strict quality test before packing our signs and send them to our customers. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, or not working, please kindly send us a video/photo and briefly explain the faulty to customerservice@beneonunicorn.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number or order name. 

BeNeonUnicorn® will make every effort to resolve the issue. We will try to fix or send a replacement for your order. The final resolution for faulty products, is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault, and is at the sole discretion of BeNeonUnicorn®.
